1. Cash Basis

A. Spot Cash - 8% discount

B. 15 days – 4% discount

C. 30 days – 2% discount

2. Installment Basis

A. Twenty five percent (25%) of down payment.

B. Remaining contract price- payable up to two (2) years with 15% interest semi annually.
